First Date (Blonde)

Piloncillo (Brown Ale)

This American Brown Ale is brewed with Mexican Piloncillo sugar in the boil that results in notes of brown sugar. A full bodied ale, the sweet is balanced with traditional English hops such as East Kent Golding to add bitterness. Not as heavy as a stout, Piloncillo is the perfect brown ale for San Diego cuisine and climate.
Undulation (White IPA)

Made to be a refreshing, easy drinking beer, Undulation is brewed with wheat to impart a pale white color and a lightly sweet flavor. It is dry hopped with Citra and Wakatu hops, which provide a burst of lime, grapefruit, pineapple, and other citrus fruits in the aroma and flavor. A hybrid wheat and West Coast IPA, is light and crisp, yet full flavored, hoppy, and refreshing.
Hubba Hubba (Double IPA)

Our biggest West Coast IPA is huge on flavor and aroma. Generously dry hopped with more than one pound of hops per barrel, Hubba Hubba is balanced by a substantial increase in grain but is not overly sweet or boozy. It is smooth, easy to drink with notes of tropical and citrus fruit in both aroma and flavor.
