Tropical Hefe

Hefe - ABV 5.2%; IBU: 15

A traditional hefeweizen with San Diego flair, Tropical Hefe is brewed with wheat and dry-hopped with copious amounts of Galaxy hops, providing notes of pineapple, guava, and passion fruit. The tropical flavor is balanced by the banana and clove esters imparted by traditional hefeweizen yeast. This beer is a tropical vacation in a glass.

Undulation

White IPA - ABV: 6.1%; IBU: 45

Made to be a refreshing, easy drinking beer, Undulation is a hybrid wheat and a west coast IPA. Dry hopped with Citra hops, it is light and crisp with bursts of lime, grapefruit, and pineapple in the aroma and flavor. A sunshine IPA, it is full flavored, hoppy, and refreshing.

Hubba Hubba

Double IPA - ABV: 8.3%; IBU: 86

Our biggest West Coast IPA is huge on flavor and aroma. Generously dry hopped with more than one pound of hops per barrel, Hubba Hubba is balanced by a substantial increase in grain but is not overly sweet or boozy. It is smooth, easy to drink with notes of tropical and citrus fruit in both aroma and flavor.

 

AMF

Mexican Lager - ABV: 5.4%; IBU: 20

AMF is a Mexican Lager brewed to be light, crisp, and refreshing. With flavors of bready-malt and corn, and hints of salt, it's crushable year-round and with low ABV perfect for San Diego's outdoor lifestyle.

Sour Suite

Berliner Weisse - ABV: 4.6%; IBU: 20

These kettle-soured beers are infused with seasonal fruit puree resulting in a beer that is not overly sour, but tart and balanced. It has rich fruit aroma and flavor, but a mellow finish that cleanses the palate.  Flavors rotate by season and it’s like biting into your favorite fruit.

 

Piloncillo

Brown Ale - ABV: 5.8%; IBU: 22

This award-winning American Brown Ale is brewed with Mexican Piloncillo sugar in the boil, resulting in notes of brown sugar. A full-bodied ale, the sweet is balanced with traditional English hops to add bitterness. Piloncillo is the perfect brown ale for San Diego cuisine and climate.
